The San Diego Padres will hold a ceremony to honor the team’s late owner, Peter Seidler, at Petco Park on Saturday, March 23, 2024.
The event will include current and former Padres players, team and league executives, and family members.
Admission to the ceremony is free, but fans will be required to redeem digital tickets beginning on Thursday, February 29, at 1 p.m. PT.
Gates at Petco Park will open at noon, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking will be free of charge and available in neighboring Padres-controlled lots.
The first 10,000 fans in attendance to the ceremony will receive a complimentary “PS” jersey patch. the Padres players will wear a “PS” jersey patch during the 2024 regular season. SDSun
