Scusi. Taste of Little Italy on June 18-19 Is Sold Out

The two-day dine-around event sold 1,500 tickets. Eateries are still open for dine-in meals, but reservations are highly recommended

Anyone who was waiting until the last minute to buy tickets to downtown San Diego’s Taste of Little Italy has waited too long. The two-day event on Tuesday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 19 is sold out.

It’s typical for Southern Californians to hold off buying tickets to parties, concerts and events, but this time the clock has expired.

A Taste of Little Italy spokesperson said the last of the 1,500 tickets across the two days sold out on their website on Wednesday, June 12.

There is no possibility of adding a third day, the spokesperson said.

Attendees who’ve already secured Taste of Little Italy tickets will check in on both days at the Piazza della Famiglia to pick up a Taste Passport (4 to 8 p.m. each day). Guests get their passport checked off after visiting participating eateries.

Different restaurants are participating on each day.

Day One includes: 3 Punk Ales, Ballast Point, Barbusa, Basta!Bayside Bar & Kitchen, Bencotto, Bobboi Natural Gelato, Busa, Civico 1845, The Crack Shack, Frost Me Cafe & Bakery, Holy Paleta, Ironside Fish & Oyster Bar, Lala, Landini’s Pizzeria, Pali Wine Co., Postino, Puerto La Boca, Puerto La Boca, Shake Shack, Swagyu Butcher Shop,Vincenzo Cucina & Lounge, Waterfront Bar & Grill, and Zinque.

The list for Day Two: Above Ash Social, Allegro, Basta!, Bobboi Natural Gelato, Bolt Brewery, Buon Appetito, Busa, Caffe Italia, Cloak & Petal, Coco Maya by Miss B’s, Craft & Commerce, Davanti Enoteca, Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, Fisher’s, Isola Pizza Bar, M Winehouse, Mimmo’s, Monello, Nonna, Petrini’s, Queenstown Public House, Ristorante Illando and Underbelly.

A spokesperson says all restaurants and cafes in Little Italy will be open to the public on the event days, but reservations for full meals are highly recommended. SDSun
