Presales are happening now at Andia, one of few downtown San Diego condominium purchase opportunities to break ground since the pandemic.
Under construction now by Bosa Development, Andia will be located in East Village, between Eighth and Ninth avenues and B and C streets. The 40-story highrise will include 399 units, including one-, two- and a few very rare three-bedroom layouts.
One-bedroom units will start at $550,000; two-bedrooms at $800,000 and the three-bedrooms start at under $2 million.
HOA fees are projected to range from $1,100 to $1,400. The building’s 30,000 square feet of amenities include a sky lounge and terrace on the 40th floor, three pools on the fifth floor, coffee bar, bike tune-up and storage, a craft-and-gaming room and a pet retreat.
Andia is scheduled to open its doors in the fall of 2027.
During the presale opportunity, potential buyers can reserve a unit with a particular view and choose color palettes and finishes. Check out the property’s gas stoves and high ceilings.
As a downtown resident for more than a decade, I consider Andia an exciting opportunity! If you’re interested in the building and looking to get tomorrow’s prices today, reach out and I’ll help set up an appointment. SDSun
