Amid sunny skies and smiling eyes, the 42nd annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival greened up Balboa Park on March 16.
The parade, themed “Unity with Peace in Ireland, and Beyond,” and organized by the Irish Congress of Southern California, kicked off at 10:30 a.m. at Sixth Avenue and Laurel in Hillcrest.
