VideoAndia By Bosa Is First New For-Sale Downtown Residence In Years

A 40-story tower in East Village that will include almost 400 upscale units is currently under construction

Finally, the wait is over! We’re learning more about Bosa’s latest development in downtown San Diego at Eighth Avenue and B Street. Andia will offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condos. Reportedly, prices will be approachable. Stay tuned for exact numbers.

Once completed, Andia will be 40 stories tall with almost 400 new condos offering views of the city, bay and beyond, with stunning rooftop amenities. Interesting to note, with all the cranes you see downtown this is the first for-sale luxury condo building in downtown San Diego in more than six years. Bosa’s most recent developments were Pacific Gate and Savina.

In 1998, Nat Bosa came to San Diego with a bold vision. Almost 30 years later the Canadian developer changed the downtown skyline by taking parking lots and turning a stretch of Pacific Highway into what’s known as Millionaires Row. The legendary developer is back at it again with his latest urban oasis called Andia, on the edge of East Village and the center of downtown where you’re surrounded by office buildings and apartments.

Andia has great potential for the future as the area continues to develop. It’s close to Little Italy, Cortez Hill and just blocks away from the best baseball stadium in the U.S.  SDSun
